Kudoz 2U Desserts & More is a play on my last name, "Couto," and a collection of some of my favorite soft-serve desserts, freshly baked cookies, waffles, delicious hot pockets, sliced bread sandwiches, and breakfast items too.
We will feature Hot Coco with whipped topping for cold months. Hot tea, coffee, bottled water, and fountain drinks are available, too. A daily special will happen when there is time in the schedule, and if we combine all that with excellent quality and customer service, we will succeed.
Available for corporate events, weddings, sports tournaments, fairs, festivals, farmers markets, rodeos, private parties, and more.

WARM POCKET SANDWICHES WITH NACHO CHIPS
Our delicious sandwiches give you a choice of Pita Pocket or sliced bread and a choice of turkey, ham, beef, egg salad, grilled ham & cheese, or just cheese. The pocket sandwiches come with lettuce, tomato, banana wax peppers, onions, and pickles, served warm. For an extra charge, add avocado and other specialties locally grown and harvested. P & J is also available. Sliced Bread is toasted unless otherwise requested.
WAFFLES
Waffles make everybody happy and ours especially when we add our “secret” topping!
SUNDAES
It’s time for a sundae! Chocolate, Strawberry, Carmel, Hot Fudge served with Nuts and Whip.
Small sizes for kids are available!

After owning an Ice Cream, Yogurt, and Deli Shop, working in the college and university sector, managing several businesses, and then in 2012 entering into the Entertainment Industry as an Agent/Manager assisting in developing MWO Management Company. Even now, the multi-task-oriented individual continues to keep her hand in “everything, with a contagious love for Christ, an intense passion for people, and a desire to succeed. With over 45 years of experience, Lori has started KUDOZ 2 U DESSERTS & MORE…A mobile vendor trailer serving soft-serve desserts, fresh baked cookies, waffles, breakfast biscuits/burritos, pocket sandwiches, including grilled cheese and P&J, hot cocoa, coffee, soft drinks, and more.
She intends to provide excellent service and quality food along Central California, the Central Coast, and beyond.

Christina Baur
Creative and webdesigner
After gaining her bachelor's degree in Experimental Marketing, she started her career with MWO Management, an artist management company. From designing and structuring tour schedules to planning and strategizing artist content for maximum market exposure, Christina is passionate about brand design and web design and dedicated to delivering the best possible outcomes for the clients she represents. In September, she started her own business, "Be Your Own Star", where she coaches artists and company owners to deliver their brand message best and to be visible to their target group. She also designs websites and defines your brand values with you.
Currently based out of Munich, Germany, she is the epitome of the international 24-hour service economy.
